Admission
Opening times:
The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays), from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Last admission to the estate premises is at 4.30 p.m., last admission to the memorial buildings is at 4.00 p.m.
Guided tours are offered from 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
The Tolstoy House is closed for cleaning the last Tuesday of each month
The Kuzminsky House is closed for cleaning the last Wednesday of each month
Access:
Please note that access to the museum is limited.
From 1 April to 1 November admission to the memorial buildings is possible only with a guided tour.
There is no need to book in advance, if you just want to have A walk at the estate, or if you are an individual visitor and are willing to join a group on a guided tour (most likely, it will be a tour in Russian). If you are visiting as part of a group, or if you need a tour in English, German or French, please, book it in advance at

1. Admission to the estate (but without admission to the memorial buildings)
adults – 50 roubles, schoolchildren, students, senior citizens - 30 roubles
2. Standard guided tour (includes the central part of the estate, the Tolstoy House, and exhibition in the Kuzminsky House):
On week days:
in Russian, for a full group (15 people): adults – 200 roubles, schoolchildren, students and senior citizens – 170 roubles per person; for a group less than 15 people - 3000 roubles per group
On weekends and holidays:
in Russian, for a full group (15 people), for all categories of visitors – 250 roubles per person; for a group less than 15 people - 3750 roubles per group
The services of a foreign language guide will cost an additional 1000 roubles
3. Guided tour of the central part of the estate and the Tolstoy House
On weekdays:
In Russian, for a full group (15 people): adults – 170 roubles, schollchildren, students, senior citizens – 140 roubles per person; for a group less than 15 people – 2550 per group
On weekends and holidays:
In Russian, for a full group (15 people): 200 roubles per person for all categories of visitors; for a group less than 15 people – 3000 roubles per group
The services of a foreign language guide will cost an additional 1000 roubles
4. Guided tour of the central part of the estate and the Kuzminsky House:
In Russian, for a full group (15 people): adults – 150 roubles, schollchildren, students, senior citizens – 130 roubles per person; for a group less than 15 people – 2250 per group

5. Guided tour of the central part of the estate:
In Russian, for a full group (15 people): adults – 100 roubles, schollchildren, students and senior citizens – 90 roubles per person; for a group less than 15 people – 1500 per group
