OsetinskayaApril 21, 2018 at 15:00
Yasnaya Polyana Cutural Center

This concert by the pianist Polina Osetinskaya will be the final event in the Academic Music of the 21st Century program. The pianist will present at Yasnaya Polyana the Lullabies project, which includes piano miniatures by modern and 19th century composers. This musical genre, though intended for children, is also able to encompass adult emotions. The pieces in the concert program have been selected in such a way that the spectators will clearly see the connection between the music of the past and experiments by modern composers.

Admission by tickets. Cost of a ticket – 900 rubles. Tickets can be purchased at the Yasnaya Polyana Gallery (+7 4872 473580), the Yasnaya Polyana Cultural Center (+7 48751 76396), and online at (commission included in the cost).

The pianist‘s program clearly demonstrates connections between decorative pieces by Respighi and Chopin and salon miniatures by Tchaikovsky and Rakhmaninov, and the sketches by our contemporary  Sergey Akhunov.
